The ban on selling e-cigarettes and related products to people under the age of 18 applies to both retailers and online retailers. All companies in the e-cigarette sector are therefore legally obliged to check the age of their customers in order to comply with the legal requirements.

How is the age check carried out?

Age verification takes place in several steps:
